A user can view all validated jobs, logged on or not.

Notes

• The normal user will not be aware of validated job descriptions or not-yet-validated job descriptions.
• Only a job owner and an administrator deal with validated job descriptions.

Tests

• Verify the user can get a list of job descriptions.
• Verify that a normal user, not beeing a job owner does not get not yet validated job descriptions.
