CruiseControl installed and running

CruiseControl is now configured (thanks Geoffrey!) and running every hour !
This produces an uptodate view of the Java Careers project using maven reports. The maven reports include the sources (including tests),
statcvs, PMD, checkstyle, jcoverage etc. Comments and suggestions are always welcome !

This month we'll also publish the first code base (v0.0.1) to SourceForge.
