The Java Careers Project
Mission Statement
Develop an open-source Java Careers project which allows developers, freelancers and companies to publish and subscribe to job, training and consulting opportunities in both directions and with a Belgium/European focus.
Approach
The project will consist out of three parts :
1) Education
2) Jobs
3) Career
We'll start with the Java Jobs site and later continue with Education and Career services.
Eventually the Java Careers project will offer a FREE service for both developers and companies, where Java related education offers, jobs and related careers can be published and consumed.

Why a Java Career site ?
- In the first place this will become an additional service towards our (Be)JUG members and partners.
- Often existing job sites not open sources nor free.
- In many cases a freelance broker system is not available or free.
- The Java Careers web site will also work as an aggregator for other related sites but with a j
