Abstract

Master Data Management and Service Oriented Architecture seem two different unrelated topics. Our experience on the field shows that a SOA project will benefit from MDM. Master Data Management will bring the opportunity to reuse pre-packaged industry standard services and types in your SOA project.
This session will let you discover what Master Data Management is all about and how it can be concretely implemented. You will understand the added value of Master Data Management in a Service oriented Architecture.

Christophe De Melio joined IBM in 1997 as IT specialist for the eCommerce solutions and has since supported IBM Software products like WebSphere Portal, Lotus Workplace WebContent Management and Omnifind.
Since 2005, Christophe is Solution Architect for Master Data Management in SouthWest Europe. He is an expert in Product Information Management, Customer Data Integration and Thread & Fraud Analysis solutions.
