Frederik Santens		 In 1999 Frederik graduated as financial commercial engineer but soon he became addicted to Java. He turned his hobby into his profession and participated as developer and technical analyst in the realization of J2EE collaboration platforms for Car Life Cycle Management and Electronic Invoicing.

In 2002 he joined the software development department of Fit IT N.V, as J2EE software engineer. As consultant, he is now involved in large J2EE projects in the social sector.

As an advocate of Aspect Oriented Programming, Frederik believes that the adoption of the AOP paradigm in the J2EE platform, will lead to easier and more maintainable solutions.
